The Butte County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday the arrest of 29-year-old Brenda Rose Asbury for elder abuse, embezzlement and grand theft. She's charged with taking more than 63,000 dollars from a 75 year old Camp Fire survivor. She'll be arraigned on the charges Thursday, November 7th.
