Letters have gone out to Paradise residents who may have hazardous trees on their property. The letters from Butte County and the Town of Paradise advise residents who have hazardous trees on their property that could impact the public right-of-way or public property MUST enter into either the Government or Private tree removal program. Both require a right of entry form. According to Butte County, the deadline to submit right of entry or inspection access forms is December 20th.
