One way traffic controls were to start tonight on the Skyway but have been delayed due to rain being forecast. A contractor for PG&E will be installing a 12 thousand volt underground electric line from the former Tuscan Ridge Golf Club to Paradise. PG&E spokesperson Paul Moreno says starting at 6 pm Sunday both the westbound and eastbound lanes of the Skyway will be closed with one-way traffic controls in place until 6 am. A pilot car will guide traffic in both directions along the Skyway between Skyway Crossroad to a crossing one mile west. Moreno says you can expect delays of up to 30 minutes.
