The arrests stem from a hit and run incident in Gridley earlier this month. The prime suspect was 42 year old Jeremy Justeson of Gridley for the assault with a deadly weapon. Authorities served a warrant on the 700 block of Cowee Avenue in Gridley and apprehended three individuals for various crimes but not Justeson. He was found later with an Oroville woman in Oroville and taken into Custody. Justeson was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon along with other crimes as were the other four suspects.
