A possible arson started fire was reported at the Chico Trailer Haven on Nord Avenue around before 5 Monday evening. Firefighters arrived and quickly extinguished the blaze, but according to police, one vehicle was destroyed and two fifth wheel trailers were damaged. No one was reported injured. Officers followed the suspect from the scene to the intersection of Nord and West Sacramento avenues. Officers learned that the suspect, Sarah Almanza had a felony warrant out for her arrest. Police also learned that she was allegedly known by one of the victims of the fire. According to the Chico Police Department, Almanza was arrested for the warrant and for arson.
