The residents of Maple Lane in Oroville 9 called the Butte County Sheriff's Office Wednesday morning claiming that they were attacked by armed men.

Deputies reportedly discovered that the call was unfounded. However, in responding to the incident Deputies reportedly found items associated with a Butane Honey Oil Lab and illegal firearms in plain view. They also reportedly found meth, heroin, psilocybin mushrooms and a stolen ATV. According to Butte County Interagency Narcotics Task Force Sergeant Sam Burnett, they arrested 36 year old Tyler Birkley and 27 year old Marco Dagnino and booked them on several charges.
