Butte County Work Crews will be performing fuel management along the gravel portion of Zink Road through April 10th. Work will also be going on at Bald Rock Road and Oro Quincy Highway from French Creek to the Plumas County Line. The work mostly involves removal of brush and over-populated small trees. Motorists can expect delays of up to 15 minutes. Work will go from 7:30 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon. According to Butte County Public Works, the gravel portion of Zink Road will be closed during work hours and officials say motorist should use Bald Rock Road as an alternative route.
