The dry weather gives Butte County Work Crews a chance to do crack sealing and other pavement maintenance work in the Durham area. Work begins February 13th and will go through February 28th. The treatment starts at Peterson Ranch Subdivision and then on various nearby roads. Workers will be placing sealant into cracks in the asphalt in order to help prevent the deterioration of the roadway surface and potholes from forming. According to Butte County Public Works, motorist in the area can expect minor delays while crews work from 7 am to 3 pm.
