First responders arrived to the area of East 1st Avenue and Oleander Avenue after 11:30 Thursday night where they found the two vehicles involved in the collision had come to rest against a house. According to the Chico Police Department, officers, during the investigation determined that Kyle West had allegedly caused the collision and he was arrested for DUI causing injury. No word however, on the extent of injuries in the crash. Chico Police are asking anyone who had witnessed the crash to contact the department at 897-4970.
