Two men being held on more than one million dollars bail in the shooting death of a Chico man Tuesday night. Police say 20 year-old Max Escobar and 21 year-old Diontae Tillman were arrested shortly after the incident. The shooting happened early Tuesday at the corner of West Third and Walnut Streets. Tillman faces murder and robbery charges while Escobar is suspected of being an accessory to the murder
