Butte County Regional Stay-at-Home order has been lifted effective immediately. According to the Butte County Health Department the four-week projection for ICU bed capacity exceeds 15 percent ending the Order. The Blueprint for a Safer Economy tier based system is still in effect and Butte County is still in Tier 1 or purple tier which is the most restrictive. It requires businesses to modify operations until positivity rates are lower.
