Glenn, Trinity, Humboldt, Sierra, Plumas, Lassen, Tehama, Yolo and Yuba counties are also on the PSPS watch list. In the Bay Area, portions of Sonoma, Napa, and Solano as well as neighboring Lake and Mendocino counties round out the list.
