Sunday , an early morning business burglary was foiled by the Chico Police Department, who arrested two people after responding to a security company report about some suspicious activity at the Pick N Pull Auto Dismantlers on the 300 block of E. Park Avenue. Police said the security company told them they could see people on their video surveillance "going through vehicles inside the locked gates of the closed business." Officers responded to the location at approximately 5 a.m. and went inside the business office. A perimeter was established and two men were eventually located and arrested. Both were taken into custody without incident and were taken to the Butte County Jail.
