A new Butte County Grand Jury finds Oroville city officials violated their own policies -- including Mayor Chuck Reynolds and City Administrator Bill LaGrone. KRCR reports the investigation was opened following complaints from citizens. The complaints include individuals holding multiple offices, bullying subordinates and Brown Act violations - blocking members of the public from meetings. Mayor Reynolds told KRCR the timing of the allegations are suspect given the November election is near and called them vague. The City has 90 days to respond to the findings.
