Detectives with the Chico Police department traveled to Fairfield this week where they arrested a man who allegedly convinced a 10-year-old girl to send him nude photos and videos. 19-year-old Ethan Alfonso was aprehended on Thursday. Police began investigating after a report that a suspect preyed on the girl - threatening to release the images if she didn't send more. Police identitfied Alfonso during the investigation. He faces charges including 10 counts of child molestation and possession of child porn.
