Chico Police arrested a man after receiving a report of a possible indecent exposure at the Sycamore Pool area of Bidwell Park on Saturday at around 3:30 p.m. Witnesses say that the suspect, Ezequiel Ruiz-Leon, said he was standing in some bushes watching a group of children while touching and exposing himself. He was placed under citizen's arrest and booked into the Butte County Jail on the charge of indecent exposure
