An Olivehurst man is behind bars - facing himicde charges in the shooting death of a 10-year-old boy. The Yuba County Sheriffs Office said the boy was shot Sunday evening at a home in the 57-hundred block of Alicia Avenue. Investigators said it happened during a "dispute among familie." They didn't say what led up to the shooting. 31-year-old Juan Ortiz was arrested for homicide, felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of ammunition.
