The Shasta County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing Tuesday to reach an agreement on county workers' wages. The board voted to ultimately stick with its current offer of 2.5%. The union is fighting for a 15% increase in wages and benefits. The board's decision Tuesday doesn't end the strike. the strike is set to go until May 12.
