A 15 yr old boy  has died in a shooting in Oroville Thursday afternoon, The Oroville Police Department said it is investigating a shooting inside of a residence on Fort Wayne Street near Burlington Avenue.  Officers said they are interviewing a 19-year-old male that was involved in the shooting.   Oroville Police said that they are investigating whether the shooting was accidental or intentional.
