Fake kidnapping victim Sherri Papini has been released. In 2016, she claimed she was kidnapped and tortured by two Hispanic women. She was actually with an ex-boyfriend in Southern California, while police and her husband searched for her. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison and ordered her to pay three-hundred thousand dollars, to pay for psychiatric care she billed the state's victim compensation fund, disability payments and the costs for police searching for her and her fake kidnappers. Papini's full release date is Oct. 29.
