A Chico Man was arrested Wednesday Evening with a loaded firearm in the Chico Marketplace parking lot At 6:25 p.m., police said they received a call regarding a man walking through the Chico Mall parking lot carrying a pistol in his hand. Anthony Jones, was intercepted by police before entering the business and arrested, police confirmed. They learned Jones was on parole and in possession of an unregistered, loaded pistol. He was arrested and booked into Butte County Jail
