California is becoming the first state to offer health insurance to all illegal migrants. Governor Gavin Newsom told ABC News that everyone deserves access to quality, affordable health care coverage, "regardless of income or immigration status." There are more than two-million undocumented immigrants in California. Experts estimate that providing health insurance for illegal migrants will cost Californians upwards of three-billion-dollars a year.
