Butte County District Attorney 's office says a Butte County judge found Howard Todd guilty of first-degree burglary and resisting arrest, . This case stemmed from a Nov. 17, 2023 incident in which a Chico homeowner called police and said she was out of town but her neighbors had seen people inside her house. After a stnadoff Todd was arrested and faced burglary and other charges. He will back in court for sentencing on April 11 and faces up to 6 yrs in state prison
