Tehama County District Attorney's Office reports 19-year-old Nathan Reep pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder of 16-year-old Domingo "Dominic" Carrillo, . This stems from an incident on September 13, where Carrillo was murdered in front of his home in Red Bluff. Tehama Co DA says that suspect 16 yr old 16-year-old Ryan Piper's case will remain in juvenile court based on a state law that prohibits the district attorney's office from trying to elevate his case into adult court. One other suspect a 17 yr old is also still in Juvenile court and there is limited information on the case. Reep's preliminary court date is set for December 3.
