The man charged with felony arson at the Pallete Shelter that destroyed 2 of teh shelters was in Court Wednesday. Zachary Fitch charged with a felony count of intentional arson of inhabited residence. He waived the hearing and admitted his crime by pleading no contest. Butte County DA Mike Ramsey says Fitch faces life in prison ...he will back in Court November 6th for sentencing.
