CAL FIRE Butte Unit say crews were able to locate and rescue a person who fell down into a ravine along the West Branch of the Feather River north of Stirling City Thursday night. CAL FIRE says that the victim suffered moderate injuries from falling into the ravine and was transported by ground ambulance to Enloe Health.
