Republican Assemblyman James Gallagher says Northern California water stake holders should not be concerned about recent comments by President Trump.... Gallagher says Trump isn't calling for water to be sent to Southern California that is vital for the agricultural interests in the north.... Gallagher says Trump is talking about diverting excess flood waters and diverting that to where it is needed. But, the Bureau of Reclamation reported in December that under President Trump's plan less water would be diverted to Southern California.
