This following a meeting Tuesday night after city staff presented several allegations against Strock, made by Dolores Lucero and the non-profit organization 'One Seed at a Time.' The accusations involve Strock allegedly misusing city letterhead in communications with outside organizations for personal gain. The council voted to refer the criminal allegations to the Tehama County DA and plans to discuss potential actions against Strock in a future meeting.
