A man has been sentenced to more than five years in prison for a deadly crash on Highway 99 that killed a woman, her unborn child, and injured another person near Vina. According to the Tehama County District Attorney's Office, Andre Tucker pled guilty to vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence for the deadly crash on Highway 99 in October last year.
