The planned July 4th Fast Cars and Freedom event at Silver Dollar Speedway has been canceled following a tragic fireworks explosion at a facility near Esparto in Yolo County. According to SLC Promotions, the fireworks intended for the event were destroyed in the explosion, leading to the decision to cancel both the fireworks display and the auto races. Tickets purchased for the event will be refunded automatically.
