The Butte Interagency Narcotic Task Force reports A fentanyl trafficking arrest unfolded Thursday leading to the arrest of 37-year-old Juan Medina in Chico.BINTF officials say that agents detained Medina and a female. While officials searched his vehicle, they uncovered nearly a pound of fentanyl, methamphetamine, a loaded handgun and equipment linked to drug trafficking.
