CHICO TRIES TO REWORK WARREN SETTLEMENT
The City of Chico is taking new legal steps to address ongoing frustrations tied to the Warren v. Chico settlement agreement.
Mayor Kasey Reynolds says the city has hired a new team of attorneys and expects paperwork to be filed in court by the end of the week. The goal: gain clarity on how the agreement is being enforced. Mayor Kacey Reynolds told Action News the city isn't trying to exit the agreement, but believes several parts are being misapplied—especially as camps return just hours after being cleared.
