Chico Man pleads guilty for Dealing at Pallet Shelter
The Chico man accused of dealing drugs at teh Genesis Pallet Shelter has pleaded guilty to two felony charges related to a large-scale drug dealing operation . Michael Harrigan II, is facing a potential sentence of up to four years and eight months in county jail. Between August 2024 and September 2025, four people died from drug overdoses at the Genesis site, with a fifth death occurring nearby. An ongoing investigation seeks to determine if any of these deaths can be linked to Harrigan, potentially leading to additional charges.
