Chico Unified School District is taking a proactive step to help enhance safety and security at its most highly attended high school events with the introduction of a new Clear Bag Policy, effective January 1, 2026, and rolling out this spring. · Some highly attended high school spring sports may have the Clear Bag Policy in effect. Large CUSD events at the Center for Arts (CFA) or school stadiums (such as graduation) may also have the policy in effect.
