The California Highway Patrol arrested a big rig driver for suspected DUI following a crash on Highway 99 just south of Chico on Thursday morning. .The crash happened at 5:37 a.m. Thursday. The CHP said the driver was traveling south on Highway 99 when he allowed the truck and trailer to go onto the shoulder. The truck rolled onto its side and ran off the road south of Neal Road.
