Butte County Supervisors approved expanded funding and extended contracts for two organizations that provide housing and support services to young adults transitioning out of foster care and probation programs. Supervisors approved amendments to contracts with Northern California Youth and Family Programs and Youth for Change for the county's Transitional Housing Placement-Plus program, known as THP-Plus. Under the approved amendments, Northern California Youth and Family Programs will receive an additional $414,817, . Youth for Change will receive an additional $398,078, Both agreements run thru June 30, 2027.
