The suspect in the Tragic shooting at teh Chico Library had his first court appearance Thursday to face charges. 18-year-old Bradley Sayer was charged with two counts of first-degree murder with additional allegations for use of a shotgun. Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey says Sayer faces life without the possibility of parole and that his office will not be seeking the death penalty. Sayer did not enter a plea and was not granted bail. He will return to court on July 16 for further arraignment.
