Seegart talks about recent reports accusing his company of abusing Employees with charges of low pay, and how his Company (Modern Bldg) stole retirement funds from former employees among other accusations brought by a Contractor Union. He addresses the accusations and tells our listeners how there have been no charges brought by these Former Employees and believes its a tactic being used by the Union to strong arm the Company to sign a deal with the Union.
